In response to company growth, they are seeking a Manager, Programmatic Planning with a vision to lead the development of a best-in-class planning function, that works seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to win and deliver data-driven solutions to Publishers, Agencies and Brands.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build the foundation of the sales planning function, leading a winning RFP process, enhancing proposal quality and streamlining sales planning workflows.
- Grounded in a nuanced understanding of client objectives and constraints, create strategic media plans and proposals that meet client KPIs and business objectives.
- Partner with key departments to craft compelling RFP responses and effective pitch materials.
- Support Sales and Marketing in pursuing new business and client expansion opportunities by developing targeted proposals and pitch materials.
- Align solutions with client needs through a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings and unique position within the Programmatic landscape.
- Use analytics to set benchmarks, refine strategies, and monitor performance.
- Foster strong internal partnerships with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing, ensuring clear communication of opportunity and solution details.

Qualifications:
- 4+ yrs in sales planning & RFP management; handling RFPs, collaborating w Sales & CS teams
- 1-3 yrs exp in programmatic media at agency or publisher; familiar w DSPs (TTD, DV360, StackAdapt) & SSPs
- Highly knowledgeable of the programmatic advertising and digital media landscape.

Salary: $130,000 to $150,000 based on experience
